Cook Time: 10 minutes Temp: 199 ̊C
Ingredients:1 pound ground turkey
2 slices colby jack cheese, cut in half
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Press “TEMP”, set temperature at 199 ̊C and press “ON/OFF”, then the fryer will enter preheating.
Form ground turkey into 4 (4-ounce) patties and season with salt, pepper and garlic.
Once ready, add burgers to Fry Pan Basket and cook. Halfway through to flip the tenders to ensure they are evenly cooked.
Open Air Fryer and top each burger with cheese.
Set cooking time at 1 minute, press “ON/OFF” and cook burgers until cheese has melted.
