Ingredients:
3/4 cup (150 ml) water
1/2 cup (125 g) softened cut up cream cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons (30 g) sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons (30 g) chopped chives
1 1/4 teaspoons (6 g) salt
3 cups (300 g) bread flour
2 teaspoons (7 g) active dry yeast or instant yeast
Egg wash - 1 egg plus 1 teaspoon water
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in the bread pan.
