Purchased the item online and got it without hassle. Product was delivered quickly and in perfect form. The coffee filter is not exactly the same as what I have with the Coffee machine, but it fits well with the current coffee loader. Looks like that there is an update on the coffee filter and luckily it does not require matching. May I suggest that you should inform the customer that some accessories were updated and some would require matching. What if the newly coffee filter did not fit with the current coffee loader, then the newly purchased coffee filter would be useless, unless they will also purchase the updated coffee loader. Customers should be informed properly. This will avoid surprises, that upsets your customers. Thank you.
